AQUAmax® BASIC

Less electrical connections, more security!

Due to the patented ball technology, the AQUAmax® BASIC needs one pump or magnetic valve less than conventional SBR plants. This means: less risk of failure, more security.

The principle: when the pump starts up, the wastewater is fed via a robust special valve into the charging pipe. This alternates - depending on the duration of pumping – between filling/sludge removal and pumping out. Short pumping: triggers the filling phase of the SBR tank. Long pumping: the special ball seals the charging or filling pipe after a few seconds, the water now gets into the clarified water outlet. Thus, a large and heavy pump – namely an electrical unit - is completely replaced by a small ball!

AQUAmax® CLASSIC

the flexible solution for up to 50 PT or 8 m3 wastewater per day!

The AQUAmax® CLASSIC is available both as M-variant, for mounting on the tank dividing wall, and also as Z-variant for suspension in the tank, and can therefore be employed very flexibly.

The AQUAmax® CLASSIC models can be upgraded with the UV disinfection module AQUAmax® BLUE without problem.

The principle of an AQUAmax small wastewater treatment plant is as simple as it is efficient:

The wastewater runs out of your domestic connection directly into the tank in your garden. The wastewater is now treated fully biologically in this tank in 3 daily cycles 8 h each– incidentally far better than the legal requirements demand. Once the clarification process is ended, the water now reaches percolation in the open. Naturally the complete process runs fully automatically – you don’ have to bother about anything.

AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL G

up to 53 PT or 8m³ wastewater per day!

The fully biological SBR wastewater treatment plant for multi-chamber pits and multi-tank plants from 0.15 to 8 m3 volumes of wastewater or 1 to 50 PT – for new construction and for retrofitting.

Developed specially for the highly loaded wastewater from hotels, gastronomy and foodstuff processing operations on smaller scales: the “G“ variants of the AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL – naturally with pump technology “Made in Germany“.

Apart from one pump, which is located in the buffer tank, the complete technical part of the AQUAmax ® PROFESSIONAL G is installed in a longlife frame, specially developed for this plant. Expensive matching to the tank as well as installation and maintenance tasks under water thus belong to the past and even the retrofitting of old plants is possible without excavation work.

AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL XL

the wastewater treatment plant system for organic wastewater up to 75 cubic metres/500 PT!

The modularly structured and service friendly SBR wastewater treatment plant for up to 75 m³ volume of wastewater or 500 PT

The AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL XL is specially conceived for gastronomy, hotel and commercial operations on a larger scale, for food stuff producing companies as well as for housing developments and smaller villages.

Through individual, modularly structured aerators, which can be combined together with different wastewater treatment plant sizes up to 75 cubic metres (500 PT), the AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL XL system can be employed very flexibly. All units can be removed from directly above the plant. Naturally the AQUAmax® PROFESSIONAL XL also has exclusively high quality pump technology “Made in Germany”.
